The Nursing Department at Istiklal Hospital organized a celebration on the occasion of International Nurses Day, attended by senior management and a number of nursing, medical, and administrative staff, in an atmosphere that expressed appreciation for the vital role of nursing in healthcare.

The ceremony included speeches from hospital leaders and guest speakers, including Dr. Hani Al-Nawafleh, Secretary-General of the Jordanian Nursing Council, Mr. Mohammad Al-Rawabdeh, President of the Nurses Syndicate, and several deans of nursing faculties. They all emphasized the importance of nursing within the healthcare system. Inspirational videos were also shown, featuring nurses from the hospital staff working abroad.

The event also highlighted the Nursing Department’s achievements throughout the year, including quality improvements, development of training programs, and participation in accreditation programs.

At the end of the celebration, outstanding departments and employees were honored, which was well-received by the attendees and served as motivation to continue excellence and dedication in the nursing profession.
