In partnership with the Jordan Breast Cancer Program, Al-Istiqlal Hospital organized an awareness event titled “Early Detection of Breast Cancer” on Pink Day, to promote awareness and health education efforts.

The event was held under the patronage of Ahmed Al-Ahmad, the hospital’s CEO, and featured Dr. Wafaa Al-Taher, a breast surgery consultant, who delivered an educational lecture on the importance of early detection and its role in increasing recovery rates.

The hospital was also honored by the presence of Dr. Mona Al-Nsour, the Nursing Council’s Medical Affairs Advisor. As a guest of honor, in support of the message of awareness and empowering women to take care of their health.

The event also included the participation of a breast cancer survivor, who told her inspiring story of facing the disease and successfully overcoming it.

Istiqlal Hospital continues to organize lectures and events aimed at spreading the culture of early detection and empowering women to take care of their health.
