Intensive Care Unit and coronary care unit in Istiklal Hospital are considered of the biggest units in Jordan, with a total of 32 beds fully-equipped with the latest devices and managed by qualified as well as trained medical staff. In Istiklal intensive care units, we provide the utmost health care delivered by designated and qualified in order to provide the best possible service according to patients needs. Cases found in the department during the shift. All ICU and CCU beds has advanced cardiac monitor controlled by central stations . In addition to having enough mechanical ventilators, cardiac echo, hemodialysis machines, continuoue renal replacement therapy, Electro encephalogram, and wireless ECG

Intensive care unit (ICU)
It consists of 20 beds, including 4 beds in separate private rooms especially for insulation and dialysis patients
ICU receives all critical cases such as
- Serious Accidents and Trauma
- Sepsis, Septic Shock and Multiple Organs Failure
- Acute Renal Failure Failure
- Cases of Pneumonia and Respiratory Failure that need Mechanical Ventilators
- Kidney Transplants
- And All Other Cases

- Cardiac Catheterization / Diagnostic and Therapeutic
- Open heart Surgeries
- Coronary Artery Bypass and Valves Surgery
- and All Other Cases
