A copy of the high school diploma.
A certified copy of the university degree.
A copy of the profession practice (if any).
Curriculum Vitae.
A copy of the personal identity card.
A copy of what proves previous work experience (if any).

Conditions for submission:
Age under 34 years old.
Terminating the internship before the residency start date for Jordanian university graduates.
Or terminating the distinction and passing the exam with the same date for graduates of non-Jordanian universities.

How to submit requests:
The resident fills out a special form for residency, accompanied by all the required papers and documents.
